Hello. I don't know what's going on with my body. First I had to stop because out of nowhere my kidneys were acting up. Then my toe got infected (ew.) Now my back is all jacked up.

It saddens me. Not because I haven't been able to exercise to lose weight. It's bothering me that it's November and I have a marathon to run in 7 months. Now I realize that that still is plenty of time. I just had hoped that I would be further a long by now.

Sigh. I have my goal and I will complete. I am thinking of running a 5K around April to see how my progress is going.

My new routine is going to be at least 20 miles a week. That I can do. That's like 2.8 miles a day. I can do that. Plus my Wii fit and Biggest Loser. Look out! Meg is back and ready for action. Well as soon as my back stops aching.

  1. Hey girly! You are being really hard on yourself. I know, I have been there many many many times. Maybe check your caloric intake and make sure it is enough for the amount of exercise you are doing. If you aren't eating enough calories you wont loose. Listen to Bob and Jillian. :D
