Wahoo!!!! I feel fan-freaking-tastic!!!! I just ran on the treadmill for 43 mins and burned a total of 255 calories. SparkPeople had me scheduled for 30 mins and 226 calories. I just felt so good I kept going until I felt I had had enough. Then I did all my strength training and then stretched. I tell ya there is nothing better then stretching after a long workout. Phew!
Now for a light lunch and then I'm off to the Post Office. Somethings working though. I don't know if it's the healthy eating I've been doing for the past month or so or the working out but I have that "runners high."
I'm all pumped! WAHOO!!!!!!!!
